Pear, Apple and Honey Pie
A fruit bowl filled with apples and pears that everyone has ignored in favour of the clementines and oranges. It’s time for a fruit pie!
Made with a simple sweet shortcrust pastry, the pears and apples are dusted with nutmeg and orange zest and drizzled with honey.
All baked until brown and sugary and served warm with a generous dollop of creme fraiche.
