Sinful sticky wickedness
I’m now officially a bit Christmased-out, if there is such a term.
And if there isn’t, there should be.
Much as I love raisins and cinnamon, nutmeg and all things gingerbread I am feeling the need for fresh flavours and new sweetness.
Browsing for inspiration for a dessert for dinner with friends on New Years Day I found a recipe for little sticky toffee puddings with pecan toffee sauce from Delia online which looks absolutely excessively sinful. This photo is taken from Delia’s site and the link to the recipe is below.
If I’m not instantly transported to hell after the last spoonful for wickedness I’ll let you know how it goes once I’ve made them.
