500 calories of bliss
Eating lightly can be so difficult when you are basically a glutton.
If I were to list all my favourite foods I don’t think that a single one of them would make it onto the Sinless List.
And so it is with a sigh of relief that I think of the Pizza Express legera range of pizzas. And remember that there’s one just down the road from work.
The polo-mint of the pizza world, these pizzas have a hole in the middle that is stuffed with healthy green things, like spinach salad and rocket. The base is very thin and crispy.
They are made with light mozzarella or goats cheese and weigh in at only 500 calories apiece. That and a nice chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc and you’re looking at a light and actually quite acceptable supper that feels ever so slightly sinful despite being less calories than a M&S sandwich.
